Members are mobilized, grouped according to their thematic areas and trained to strengthen their capacity in best practices of child care and protection. This equips members, children and youth groups with knowledge and skills on children and youth rights. Eventually, this improves the effectiveness of their programs and  adherence to quality standards and accountability mechanisms. Learning opportunities such as exposure and exchange visits are arranged to enable members share experiences and generate lessons that are applicable to their context.
